Marbella is an outstanding gated community located in the heart of Palmer Ranch.  With a variety of Mediterranean and Florida style homes and villas, Marbella is an quiet and peaceful community.  The homes range in size from 1600 square feet for the villas all the way to 3300 square feet for single family homes. Most of the homes have pools and were built in the early 1990's. Although Marbella looks it, it is not a maintenance free community. Homeowners maintain their own property, and the association also does not allow rentals. Prices currently range from the mid $200's to the high $400's.
