Silver Oak is one of Palmer Ranch's premier luxury communities.  This new community features homes that are still under construction and resales.   Most of the homes were built within the last couple of years. 

Silver Oak is comprised of three sections: The Estates, The Vineyards, and the Enclave.  These communities feature homes built by some of the area's finest builders including Bamboo, John Cannon, Gibraltar, and Todd Johnston.  The homes in Silver Oak can range from 2000 square feet to over 7000 square feet.  Some of the smaller homes in the Vineyards and Enclave sections boast the distinction of being maintenance free, making them the perfect winter retreat for seasonal residents.  Most homes have pools and either wooded or lakefront views. 

The Estates section of Silver Oak is as fine as a 1985 bottle of its namesake's cabernet.  With homes ranging in size from 3000 to 7000 square feet, no luxury has been spared in interior craftsmanship and style.  The estate homes typically come with large lots, around a half acre in size. The prices in the Estates section typically ranges from the 500's to over 2 million dollars, with the current median price being somewhere around the $1.3 million for a typical estate home.
