Stonebridge is an outstanding community that was built on Palmer Ranch between 1998 and 2001. This relatively small enclave of homes is connected to the Hamptons, its neighbors to the north.  Stonebridge boasts traditional Florida homes ranging from approximately 2000 to 2600 square feet. Many of the homes have pools and outstanding greenbelt views.  There is also a community pool.
