The setup in Stoneybrook a great one for those looking for equity golf memberships without large startup costs.  In the country club section, many of the homes and and units are deeded for a specific type of membership in the country club facilities.  Membership rates for golf are relatively inexpensive- around $2900 anually with a $500 food minimum.  The homes in the estates section are not part of the country club. 

Stoneybrook offers a wide variety of homes for sale in various forms as mentioned above.  Condos can be found starting in the low $200's while homes range in price from the high $200's to the $600's.  Home sizes are between 1000 and 1500 sqaure feet for the condos, while most single family residences are between 1600 and 2400 square feet.  For more information about the market in this commuity, send me a message below.
