The Hamptons on Palmer Ranch is an outstanding enclave of Lennar built homes that are about 5 years old.  Homes in the Hamptons range in size from 1700 to 3200 square feet.  Most have pools and paver drives, and all have Florida barrel tile roofs. 

The Hamptons are divided in to three distinct areas, South, North and West. The West Hamptons are gated and have the larger and more substantially sized homes.  The South Hamptons have higher association fees as landscaping is included in the fees. The North Hamptons have none of these features, but still have extraordinary homes.  The neighborhood is couched between two other residential areas, Wellington Chase and Stonebridge, making the Hamptons an outstanding residential area.
