Village Walk is a very large master planned community in the heart of Palmer Ranch. The community touts the most outstanding amenities around complete with a recently built out Town Center.  This center includes a gas station, bank, retail stores, and even a medical center.  There is also a community pool, athletic center, and several tennis courts. 

The residences all have a similar feel and were built within the last two years by DiVosta homes.  There are condos as well as single family residences.  The community is serene and has many sidewalks and lakes.  The price point starts in the low $200's and ends in the $500's for a home of about 2600 square feet.  The two major home models are called the Oakmont and the Carlyle and offer 2000 and 2600 square feet respectively.  Many of the homes have pools though they are not standard.  There are also nice paired villas to choose from as well.
