The Course
This club has three outstanding eighteen hole courses. The Groves Course is an executive course with par 3's, 4's and one par 5. This is a target course with narrow fairways, and the greens are undulating with many severe breaks. The Highlands Course has water that comes into play on seventy percent of the course and is very well bunkered. The course requires shots through trees and over many other hazards. In 1994, many of the greens on The Highlands Course were redesigned and refurbished and sand bunkers. The Meadows Course is long with numerous water hazards. The fairways are tight and tree lined, and the greens are large and fast. The signature hole on the Meadows Course is #7, a 151-yard, par 3, requiring a shot over water to a bunkered green with trees on the left side. Wind is also a factor on this hole. Patrick Mulligan and Rod Robinson designed nine new holes on the Meadows and Highlands courses a few years after Frank Duane had finished the original nines.

The Homes
Developed by Taylor Woodrow Homes, the country club community offers a wide range of neighborhoods. Over 3400 residences, including garden homes, villas and single family homes are in a nicely wooded 1600 acre setting. Nearly 12 miles of hiking, biking and fitness trails wind through the countryside, past butterfly gardens and moss laden oaks. This uniquely natural community includes more than 80 pristine lakes and waterways as well as extensive preserve areas that are cared for by on-site environmental management staff. It's a wonderful place for families with all its recreational and acres of open spaces.

Whatever your tastes may be, chances are the Meadows has what you want. From condos to single family homes, opportunity abounds in the Meadows.
